Are you sending emails from Collabox? Whether it’s invoices, service offers or purchase orders, it’s sometimes difficult to know if the communication has reached its destination. Our email history allows you to see all the emails sent from Collabox, but more importantly, if they reached their destination.

Indeed, this tool allows you to see which messages have been delivered successfully, those pending and those which have failed. That’s not all. The history even gives you the reason why the message did not reach its destination.

It is important to note that the email history shows an overview of the emails sent from the Collabox, i.e. the emails of ALL employees. So choose carefully the people who will receive this privilege. Usually, the latter is reserved for business leaders.

Configuration of the functionality

Configuring Email History

Before you can enjoy email history, you need some basic configuration.

Here’s how:

1- access the configuration module by clicking on “Configuration” in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

2- Then click on “Employees” in the sidebar.

3- Select the employee who will have access to the email history.

4- Then click on the “Menus” tab.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page in the “Configuration” section and check the box for “Email history”.

Please contact us so that we can add this option to your account, if it does not appear in the options,

Access your email history

Click on “Email History” in the sidebar, under the “Tools” section anywhere in the Collabox,

Then select the desired period to get your history. Note that if the function was not activated, no history was saved. You will have to wait to send new emails so that Collabox can follow up.

So you see a history of the emails you sent from Collabox. These relate to quotes, purchase orders, invoices and all shipments made using Followmail.

E-mails – CRM module contact form

The contact record of the CRM module has both the email address of the contact, but also all the emails exchanged with him, both those received and sent.

How to access exchanged emails

To access the messages exchanged with a contact, first go to his personal file via the “Contacts” module.

Now open the “Sending” tab to find all your exchanges.

Locate the "Sent" tab to find the received and sent messages.

You will have all the messages received and sent, separated into two blocks to better find them!

In addition, all hyperlinks in the messages, such as websites or email addresses, are directly clickable.

Search tool

You have a search tool that allows you to :

  • Filter emails for a given period
  • Show only received or sent emails
  • Search by subject

Send an email from a message already received or sent

At any time, you can open a received or sent email and resend it easily by clicking directly on the email link. It’s very fast, but to do so you need to have your SMTP configured in Collabox.

With the Collabox Contacts module, managing your customers, partners, suppliers, colleagues and prospects by email is fast and efficient!
